Having the ability to develop skills in a particular area ensures you can have an impact. When you have this knowledge, it helps you understand what skills you have and to evaluate and develop them. These skills will help you gain credibility and impact within your career and others. What are the top priorities for HR in 2018? The top priorities for HR in 2018 include reducing attrition in talent, improving the internal communication and collaboration between all levels within the organization and developing processes that will make employees’ careers a high priority.
